I signed up for the free trial (pay shipping $6.95) on 7/28/11. Credit card was charged on that date. While waiting for the product I had an outbreak of my eczema and my doctor recommended that I do not use any products at this time only the prescriptions which she gave me. I never received an email with any shipping information until August 29th saying that my order was shipped giving tracking information. The order was for 2 bottles of the product. On August 27th there was a charge from Kollagen in the amount of $97.95 for this 60 day supply which they sent on the 29th. I received this product on 9/10/11. When I contacted them they said that the trial product was sent out on 8/19 which is 22 days from the date they charged my credit card. They said that it shows the product was delivered on 8/22. They would not tell me how it was shipped only when it was shipped and delivered. The tracking information I got from the 60 day supply indicates “Undeliverable as Addressed”, “Missent” and went from North Carolina to Pennsylvania, to New Jersey then to Dallas, Texas, League City, Texas, back to Dallas, Texas, North Houston and final stop was Santa Fe, Texas. I can see why I never received the trial product. The only reason they went to this extent to deliver the product is so that they could justify the $97.95 charge. When I contacted them the rude individual said that there are NO REFUNDS. I asked what happen to the 100% money back guarantee. He stated that they do not have one. All I wanted to do was return the unopened 60 day supply and get a refund. The first agent that I spoke with was very rude so I called back several hours later and spoke with another agent. This person said that I would have to speak with a supervisor and to call back which I did at the time he suggested. When I called back I got the rude agent again and I explained to him that the other agent was going to communicate with the supervisor and that I should speak directly with that person. He excused himself and upon returning he said that my request was refused. I guess they really do not stand behind their product even when they advertise that they do. I will never know if the product is any good but I will certainly tell everyone I know that the company does not stand behind the product!
